PLOT
Kazuya Hasekawa has finally accepted Ryokuto Academy after a string of setbacks. He travels there to avoid his brother and sister-in-law (whom Kazuya had a crush on). Unfortunately, he is made to live in the strange students' residence known as Greenwood, a former mental institution. Shun Kisaragi, Kazuya's roommate, had a girlish appearance, and Kazuya thought Kazuya was a girl until he saw Shun in the males' bathroom. Additionally, he shares a room with the president of the dorm, Mitsuru Ikeda, and his closest friend, Shinobu Tezuka. The daily activities and pranks of Greenwood are chronicled in the manga.
